Common failure and cause analysis of incinerator

       Incinerator in the use of the process will appear some common faults, the following analysis of the causes of these faults.
       (1) fire fault alarm
       If the flame failure occurs at the beginning of ignition and the light oil combustion stage, it may be that the oil level of the diesel tank is too low, the diesel contains water, the valve of the diesel system does not open normally, the ignition electrode fails, the light oil nozzle is abnormal, the photosensitive resistance is dirty, the smoke exhaust baffle cannot automatically work normally, and so on.
       If the flame failure occurs in the oil burning stage, especially when the oil is just transferred to level 7, most of the oil in the oil still contains too much water, of course, the oil pollution may be too poor oil pollution flame intensity is not enough, you can appropriately raise the oil into the metering pump pressure (oil tank circle 1BAR) appropriately increase the speed of the metering pump to enhance the oil pollution flame intensity.However, in our practice, the success of the oil burning depends on the amount of water in the oil, and has little influence on the oil quality.Good oil quality, rapid combustion, furnace temperature rises quickly, if the furnace temperature is close to the high temperature alarm value, the oil inlet pressure and metering pump speed should be appropriately reduced.If the dirty oil quality is not good, the furnace temperature continues to decline when burning, appropriately increase the dirty oil pressure and metering pump speed, keep the furnace temperature stable above CCTSO.
       (2) smoke temperature high (375℃) or furnace temperature high (1200℃) alarm and stop the furnace.There may be four reasons;• burning solid waste with too much solid waste.The incineration of oil pollution when the injection of oil pollution is too large, appropriately reduce the oil pollution pressure or metering pump speed.The furnace inlet air volume is too small, the inlet fan is abnormal or the inlet blocked.In addition, smoke baffle or smoke exhaust fan are abnormal.
       (3) dirty oil nozzle atomization is not good, combustion is not good, carbon in the furnace is serious, may be dirty oil nozzle dirty, oil pressure is too low or atomized air is not enough.
       (4) combustion chamber flame instability, incinerator vibration.The possible reasons are unstable oil injection, carbon clogging of smoke exhaust channel, abnormal smoke exhaust fan or baffle, blockage of furnace inlet wind, and damage of dirty bearing on fan blade.
